Many people go down to the boat launch to view and feed the ducks. There are always countless Mallards, Canadian Geese, and a few Trumpeter Swans. Sometimes within the mass of mallards you can spot the occasional American Black Duck or Domestic Mallard hybrid. But if you are lucky enough, you can also spot the American Mink trotting along the edge of the rocks and darting below the dock.
